Courier & Returns

Courier & Delivery

Delivery:

  • Delivery is super speedy, to anywhere in SA.

  • Shipping is for FREE for all orders over R750

  • All parcels are 100% discreet!

  • Orders are packaged into plain, unmarked boxes and dispatched in courier waybill bags.

  • Delivery is usually overnight to all main centres on business days but expect between 2-5 days depending on when the order is received.

  • Delivery to other outlying and regional areas may take 3-5 Days

 

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Mondays - Friday: Orders are processed between 08h00 - 15h00.

Weekends and after hours: Orders placed after 15h00, or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatch on the next business day.
Orders received after the courier collection on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and you can expect delivery the following Monday. The couriers do not deliver on weekends (or public holidays).

 

Parcels: Are in boxes and placed in courier packaging.

 

Waybill: We are discreet and you will not know where your parcel is from.

 

Bank Account: Will reflect a payment an account that doesn't reference House of Dentelle, to keep your orders private and confidential.

We value your privacy. It is of the utmost importance to us. That is why we offer discreet packaging.  We understand your order is private, so discretion is what you will get from us.  All packaging is unbranded.

 

Your Parcel?

Your goodies will be wrapped in tissue and packed into a plain box, which is then couriered inside the appropriate packaging for the delivery method you have chosen.

 

Account Safety?

We keep all your information private and secure, and only staff can see the details required to process your orders. 

 

Payment Information?

You will see a little lock icon on our URL, which means our website is encrypted to keep your information secure. All the information you put into the site is encrypted for your security. For credit card payments, we only use trusted and reputable payment systems, all approved by South African banks to process credit card payments. No credit-card data is stored on our site.
